A Victim Impact Statement Regarding “Matthew Steven” of Newmarket, Penetanguishene, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Concerning Being Loverboy Groomed, Cyberstalked, Trafficked, Publicly Defamed, Intimidated, and Exploited for Ten Years

ACTION:

The alleged acts—use of intermittent reinforcement, operant conditioning, and other behavioral modification techniques (collectively ‘brainwashing’) without training, consent, or regard for safety to prime me for psychological exploitation, false accusations of “cheating” resistant to correction, unauthorized sharing of personal and intimate data, blackmail, sextortion, public smear campaigns, loverboy grooming across international borders under false pretenses, sexual assault and rape with non-consensual recordings, cyberstalking, local intimidation through property damage via intimidation network, and abuse of public records—constitute the “Action.”

These intentional, interconnected behaviors formed a deliberate, ongoing pattern aimed at manipulating, exploiting, and harming me, with no effort to assist in resolving the significant harm caused by his false narratives and those of his “friends.” Each act escalated from deceptive psychological tactics to coercive sexual assault, privacy violations, and widespread reputational harm for not capitulating, aligning with loverboy trafficking methods to entrap and exploit victims. The tangible impacts—severe damage to my private and professional reputation, career, business, client relationships, physical safety, and financial stability—demonstrate the real-world harm caused, solidifying these acts as the “action” in the framework.

MEANS:

The alleged methods—loverboy grooming through gaming platforms, cyberstalking via social media, use of anonymizing technologies like VPNs, proxies, and virtual computers, false reporting of my honeypot accounts, public smear campaigns on a massive online platform, local intimidation through property damage, abuse of public records, blackmail and sextortion via private messages, coerced sexual capitulation through threats, and manipulation of my defensive reactions—form the “Means.” These sophisticated, interconnected tools and tactics enabled [M.S.] and his network to execute their exploitative actions against me.

The methods escalated from deceptive trust-building to invasive surveillance, coercive threats, and widespread defamation, reflecting a deliberate strategy to maximize harm and control while evading accountability. In the context of loverboy trafficking, these methods align with tactics used to entrap victims through psychological manipulation, technological anonymity, and multi-layered intimidation. The resulting disruption of my online presence, threats to physical safety, financial losses from reputational damage, and barriers to proving abuse due to anonymized data underscore the effectiveness of these methods in causing harm, solidifying their role as the “Means.”

PURPOSE:

The alleged purposes—sexual and emotional exploitation, reputational and financial harm, isolation and entrapment, evasion of accountability, victim-blaming, perpetuation of control, and punishment for resistance—form the “Purpose.” These interconnected motivations drove [M.S.] and his network’s actions to manipulate, exploit, and harm me. Each purpose built on the previous, escalating from sexual coercion to public defamation, systemic deterrence, and punishment for non-compliance, reflecting a calculated pattern of domination and impunity.

In the context of loverboy trafficking, these purposes align with tactics to exploit vulnerabilities like my autistic challenges and polyamorous identity through psychological coercion, reputational destruction, and legal barriers. The significant financial losses to my family, damage to my reputation, career, and business, emotional exhaustion, and inability to pursue justice due to costly legal obstacles demonstrate the real-world consequences of these motivations, solidifying their role as the “Purpose” in the framework.
