Background and Response to False Accusations:

In or about May 2015, I entered into a consensual, polyamorous relationship with an individual, with the full knowledge and consent of my spouse. This relationship was explicitly discussed as a polyamorous dynamic, with verifiable communications confirming my spouse’s approval, which was never concealed. Despite this, false accusations were made publicly and to third parties, claiming that I engaged in infidelity. These claims are untrue and have caused significant harm to my personal life, mental health, and professional reputation, including an estimated $1 million in damages to my multi-award-winning business.

I believe, based on my experiences, that these false accusations were part of a broader pattern of harmful conduct, including cyberstalking, intimidation, and attempts to coerce false statements. The individual in question, who was aware of my autism and the consensual nature of the relationship, allegedly knowingly misrepresented our interactions as infidelity, referring to me as a “cheater” in communications with others. Impact of Harmful Conduct:

The false accusations were disseminated multiple times over several years on a major online platform with approximately 40 million registered users at the time, targeting my gaming, social, and professional communities. I believe these actions were intended to damage my reputation and career, facilitated by individuals acting as proxies, whom the primary individual referred to only as “friends.” These campaigns included:

• Public comments falsely asserting that I “cheated on my husband,” inciting smear campaigns and dogpiling that lasted years.
• Misuse of platform reporting systems to flag my accounts with false claims, such as “non-consensual porn” or ‘sexual content involving minors,’ resulting in immediate algorithmic bans of my tenured accounts, and wasting substantial amounts of time attempting to undo the damage when no such content has ever existed on my victim impact statements.
• Ongoing cyberstalking across my gaming, personal, and professional user IDs, which has routinely hindered my ability to rebuild my career and exercise free speech.

These actions severely impacted my art sales, writing income, and business brand, and continued into 2025, despite no similar actions being taken against him or any of his “friends.” The persistence of these false claims, without any effort to correct them, hostility towards decoy accounts designed to be found and abused by them suggests an intent to cause harm rather than a pursuit of truth.

Allegations of Exploitation

I believe, based on my experiences, that the false accusations were part of a broader scheme involving coercion, intimidation, and attempts to exploit me, including demands to falsely admit to infidelity under threat of further public exposure to traffic me.

I allege that this conduct aligns with patterns of exploitation, such as blackmail and sextortion, and may constitute trafficking under frameworks like the Action-Means-Purpose framework model, as it involved luring me to meet him across international borders under false pretenses of a genuine relationship. These allegations are being preserved for law enforcement, supported by evidence such as communications and transcripts, which I am not sharing publicly to protect my safety and privacy.

The situation escalated after a credible threat from associates of the individual he has only ever referred to as “friends,” in 2021, followed five days later by the violent homicide of a child in my family. This tragedy underscored the urgency of seeking justice, truth, and safety outside of law enforcement's delays. I have faced ongoing intimidation, including false accusations of federal crimes, which I believe are intended to silence me from cooperating with law enforcement or pursuing legal remedies.

Commitment to Truth and Safety:

This disclosure is made under duress, in response to continuous public attacks on my character, and in accordance with laws protecting victims and survivors who share their stories for public safety and interest. I deny all allegations of infidelity or federal crimes and reserve all legal rights to defend myself against false accusations and pursue appropriate remedies within ethical and legal boundaries until a permanent resolution is reached.
