A blurred screenshot, dated January 7, 2016, protects evidence integrity while showing my blackmailer and sextortionist’s cyberstalking. It includes my age, sex, and timezone at that time, and a unique user ID (circled in red) created to capture this sextortion as per advice from a sextortion professional, which was posted publicly on Imgur and linked to false infidelity claims publicly posted on Reddit numerous times.

This user ID was created after I suspected sextortion, following Matthew Steven’s admission of sharing my private, intimate data and location with a “friend” without consent around June 12, 2015, but not admitted until August 27, 2015, a little over a month after he was caught cyberstalking me, my business, and social media connections, as he still does.

The screenshot proves they were watching me in ways identical to Matthew’s cyberstalking patterns, months before the public false infidelity claims and defamation campaign that started on or around March 8, 2016, following the grooming and sextortion prep by Matthew shortly before this, which was resistant to correction and would not have been done without his influence.

This strategy of drip-releasing private information to share victim information with now well-known gangstalking groups like 4Chan and KiwiFarms, who abused public record systems to intensify horrific online smear campaigns fueled by dossiers created by networks of predators to intimidate and silence victims, and worse, to push them to suicide, was not as well known in 2016 as it is now.

However, it was a plausible deniability method of sharing information on victims publicly by creating an endless loop of abuse that was effectively unstoppable, which is exactly what happened to me prior to these defamatory false narratives reaching my clients and destroying my multiple award-winning business and career shortly after that.

For safety reasons, our specific location is not disclosed. The disclosure pertains to alleged conduct by Matthew Steven, a Canadian resident, also known by aliases such as “RedmenGoalie33” and “LedHeadRed,” and his alleged network, referred to by him as “friends,” with relevant events occurring in or impacting the jurisdictions of Toronto, Newmarket, and Penetanguishene, Ontario, Canada, and surrounding areas, and affecting us in the United States. It is alleged that Matthew Steven and his network engaged in defamatory conduct, including making false statements about infidelity, communicated both privately and publicly, with alleged reckless disregard for their truth or falsity. These actions are claimed to have caused significant harm to us, with alleged damages exceeding $1M, including losses to high-value assets, business interests, equipment, income, and costs associated with relocation. The alleged conduct is said to have been amplified by the misuse of public records to intensify harm, creating an inescapable abuse loop, track whereabouts, and perpetuating ongoing fear and distress, allegedly with the intent to coerce compliance and prevent us from fully disengaging from the situation and cooperating with law enforcement. Further allegations include ongoing cyberstalking, unauthorized dissemination of private and intimate information, including our location, to third parties without consent, both online and offline, as well as intimidation and financial harm. These actions are alleged to have stemmed from our refusal to corroborate false narratives, including false claims of infidelity, or to provide a false alibi following alleged blackmail and sextortion attempts by Matthew Steven’s network, acting on his behalf. It is further alleged that these actions constitute exploitation targeting an individual with autism, consistent with the Action-Means-Purpose framework under applicable Canadian and U.S. anti-exploitation laws, including Canada’s Criminal Code (e.g., Section 279.01 on human trafficking) and U.S. federal laws (e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 1591). We have pursued all reasonable legal routes privately to address these matters from 2015 to 2025, including, but not limited to: - Sending countless direct messages DMs to Matthew Steven demanding correction of the false narratives and cessation of the knowingly unwanted actions; - Documenting ongoing tampering with evidence used against us; - Engaging a lawyer to attempt service of legal documents, including privacy agreements, cease-and-desist notices, and restraining orders, through U.S. courts, with reported evasion of service by Matthew Steven; - Delivering a digital cease-and-desist notice on platforms where the alleged cyberstalking occurred. This disclosure is made in good faith, following reported refusals by Matthew Steven to retract the alleged false statements or provide restitution for the claimed damages stemming from his false narratives, despite private discussions involving legal representation. We assert that this statement is made to raise awareness of potential risks to others, and in self-defense given the severity of the alleged harm and the lack of resolution through private efforts over a decade. All claims herein are allegations, subject to verification through legal processes in Toronto, Newmarket, and Penetanguishene, Ontario, Canada, and surrounding areas, and potentially the United States. We reserve all legal rights and defenses under applicable Canadian laws, including Ontario’s Libel and Slander Act and Criminal Code of Canada, and U.S. laws, including federal and state privacy and cyberstalking statutes.
